The most common endodontic treatment is a root canal treatment which involves the removal of the soft center of the tooth called the pulp. This procedure is recommended to save the tooth from extraction when the pulp has become inflamed or abscessed.
During root canal treatment, the internal space in the tooth (the root canal) is cleaned and shaped and finally, filled with a bio-compatible filling material. When the root canal treatment is complete, you must return to your dentist for the permanent restoration of your tooth.
Other endodontic services which may be recommended to you by your dentist or endodontist include surgical procedures involving the root end or surrounding bone, root removal, treatment for traumatic injuries, and bleaching discolored teeth.
We are committed to providing the highest possible standard of care in a pleasing atmosphere with the most advanced techniques and equipment. We welcome your questions or comments at any time.
We see patients by appointment only. We do have emergency time available each day for patients in need of urgent care. If you need to be seen immediately, please call our office as soon as possible.
As a courtesy to other patients, please let us know 24 hours in advance if you will be unable to keep your appointment. Prior to your first appointment, you may download our registration forms.
Payment for services is the responsibility of each patient. If you have an employer dental benefit, we request that you pay 30% of the total fee at the first appointment. Even though your benefits may cover a large portion of the costs, you will be responsible for any part not covered by your insurance benefit.
We do not participate in any discounted insurance plans and treat all patients equally. If your employer insurance benefit involves a limited provider list, you will be expected to pay for services rendered at the time of service and we will process your insurance claim as a courtesy to you. The payment in this case will be sent from your insurer to you directly.
The fee for root canal treatment is based on the type of tooth, number of canals, and difficulty of the case. The range of fees for various procedures is available from our office upon request prior to your appointment. However, this is an estimate only as we cannot precisely determine what your needs are without an examination by our doctors.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we do accept MasterCard and VISA.
Save time by downloading and completing our registration forms in advance of your first visit.
